A graduate of The Blackbird Academy with a passion for songwriting, recording, and helping students find their voice.
Taylor graduated from The Blackbird Academy in Nashville, TN, with an audio engineering degree in 2019. She has been studying voice and guitar privately since 2014 and began her teaching career in 2017, including assisting bands at a local music center.
Along with performing tours and teaching, Taylor is also an active songwriter and has co-written with influential songwriters in the industry. She recently recorded and directed an EP of her original music.
Taylor offers instruction in country, pop, gospel, R&B, and light jazz styles. She describes her personality as outgoing and friendly.
Taylor teaches from a separate room in her home studio (SE Nashville near Old Hickory Blvd) and also offers online and group lessons.
Equipment: Two guitars, keyboard for warmups, and a metronome.
Travels: Up to 20 miles from SE Nashville.
