Rebekah started lessons at the age of five, and became the church pianist, accordionist, and helped direct the choir, at the age of sixteen. At that time, she studied under a graduate of a prestigious music university in the Philippines. Rebekah attended Marian College, a Bible college in the Philippines, then transferred to Baptist Voice College in Wilmington OH. Her and her husband served as missionaries in South America for fifteen years, using her musical talent to teach the children, and the adults to lead worship. Rebekah has recorded accompaniment for over 200 hymns that was used for congregational singing and has composed many praise songs. Along with teaching, she continues to be involved in the music ministry in Roanoke. Rebekah has been teaching since the 1970's and offers gospel, traditional, country, classical, and most contemporary styles.
