Schuyler began singing at age eight and playing guitar at age ten. After age ten, she began performing and competing, where she was the youngest finalist. Schuyler graduated with a BFA in Music Composition and Performance from the California Institute of the Arts in 2022. While there, she had the opportunity to study with incredible composers and guitarists. She is a songwriter who performs all original sets on the guitar and piano. Schuyler is influenced by various performers and music genres, from folk to pop to musical theater to punk. Her guitar style features detailed chord progressions along with deft fingerpicking. She has opened for well-known performers and has worked with many broadway performers and directors as an actress. Her first music video premiered at the International Film Festival Manhattan and is a winner of the My HERO International Film Festival. Schuyler continues to perform. write, and produce musicals that are inspired by life around her. She began teaching in 2019 and found another passion; sharing her love and knowledge of music with others.
