Sam's Bio:

Sam graduated from the University of Denver in Denver, CO in 2022 with a bachelor's in Recording and Production with Jazz Guitar Emphasis. Before graduating, he also attended Berklee and NYU. He began playing and studying the guitar privately (including classical guitar) from 2008 until 2012. He then began studying jazz, rock, and pop music with various instructors. In 2016 Sam performed his first professional gigs with local bands. He currently performs and tours in his own rock band where he plays guitar and sings, as well as composes and produces their recordings. His band has been featured in several magazines and has received radio play on numerous stations. Along with his band, he also manages and produces another band that tours. He began teaching in 2018 and offers rock, pop, blues, jazz, classical, reggae, ska, metal, funk, country, R & B, and world styles.

Melody Music Studios was founded in 1989 by Kathi Kerr. We offer fun, tailored lessons for all instruments, levels, and styles, reading or by ear. Our goal is to build a strong musical foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment.

We offer a one business-day grace period to cancel with a guarantee: if you're unhappy with the teaching, the first 30 minutes are free. Card information is required at sign up, but it is not charged until the following business day if you're happy.

Future lessons can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice.

Our music teachers go through a rigorous hiring process. We check references and conduct background checks.
