Jimmy graduated from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport CT in 1988 with a Masters in Music. Before that, he received his Bachelor's in Music Education In 1978 there. While there, he studied under two great guitarists. He has performed in numerous venues through the years, that include solo performances as well as in bands in jazz, rock, fusion, country, and Latino Jazz. Jimmy has taught since 1979.
