Gillian graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY in 2017 with a Bachelor in Music for
Education/Double Bass Performance. She's currently attending Boston Conservatory in Boston, MA towards a Masters in Music for Contemporary Classical Performance with an expected graduation date of 2020. While at Ithaca College, Gillian completed student teaching over the course of 3 semesters and went on to become a master teacher with one of the staff professors. She also began teaching in 2015 a full studio of students at varying levels. Gillian has performed in multiple chambers and ensembles, and believes this helps her in teaching and keeping her music fresh. Gillian offers Suzuki method and other methods as well to add to the full education of the student. She offers chamber music, jazz, contemporary music, classical, baroque, and romantic styles.
