Kevin studied at the Five towns College in Merrick, NY from 1980-1983 for guitar, piano, voice, ear training, and theory. He started playing and studying guitar and voice at the tender age of eleven, studying under his dad, who was a member of the famed group in the 1950's called The Clovers. At the age of twelve, Kevin began composing his own works, and presently owns 34 copyrights. Kevin started performing professionally as a singer and recording artist when he was sixteen in NYC, and has been performing and recording in a wide variety of venues ever since from New York City to the SE regions where he now resides. Kevin has been teaching since 1985, and gears his lessons to the goals of the student for both a traditional lesson, to playing and singing by ear for enjoyment or a career in music. His styles include R&B, jazz, gospel, pop, Latin, and blues.
