Ryan attended the Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA from 2006-2007 towards a Saxophone and Clarinet Performance degree. His musical experience started in elementary school with the recorder. In middle school, he picked up the clarinet and developed a passion for it. Then in high school, Ryan picked up the saxophone and found another passion. With his skill on clarinet, he excelled quickly on the saxophone. Then, while still in high school, he picked up the flute and began studying with a local air force musician. He also studied piano at a jazz camp. While at Kennesaw State University, he studied with a world-renowned woodwind specialist and an Atlanta Symphony Orchestra clarinetist. Since attending the university, Ryan has traveled the world playing and teaching. From 2012 to 2020, Ryan performed on a cruise ship line in the orchestra. Ryan began teaching in 2006, and found another passion, sharing his love of music with others. He offers pop, rock, country, classical, salsa, merengue, bossa nova, tango, jazz, Cumbia Banda, funk, blues, R&B, and show tunes styles.
