Nicole holds a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, graduating in 2015. While at Drake, she participated in prestigious masterclasses under the guidance of well know artists. She was the recipient of a German Cello c. 1880 by the Carlsen Cello Foundation in 2015 and was the first place prizewinner of the James and Katherine Andrews Young Artist Competition. Nicole has performed in Italy, and throughout the Midwest and NY in a string ensemble and continues to perform locally for weddings and special events. For violin and piano, Nicole took multiple years of private training as a child, then continued private lessons throughout college. Nicole began teaching in 2007 and offers classical, folk, jazz, and most contemporary styles.
