Rebekah is a professional violinist and educator based in Rockvale, Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Her journey with the violin began at age five, and she has dedicated nearly three decades to mastering her craft through rigorous private study and ensemble performance.
As an active professional musician, Rebekah has performed with numerous orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout Middle Tennessee. Her experience as a stage performer provides her students with practical insights into tone production, stage presence, and the technical discipline required for high-level performance.
Teaching since 2011, Rebekah is known for her patient and methodical approach. She works with students of all ages and skill levels, from young beginners to advanced players. She believes in building a strong technical foundation—proper posture, intonation, and bow technique—while ensuring the music remains engaging and rewarding.
Rebekah teaches from a designated professional studio in her Rockvale home (SW of Murfreesboro). She is also an expert in high-quality online instruction, serving students nationwide. Her approach focuses on tailoring curriculum to the student's individual pace, fostering both technical excellence and a genuine love for the instrument.
