She graduated from Natchitoches State University in 2007 with a Bachelor in Education and furthered her academic career to earn a Masters in Education. Growing up in a musical family and a vibrant church community, Katrina began her formal training at just five years old.
With a career spanning decades, Katrina has extensive experience as both a performer and a teacher. She has served as a primary accompanist for choral ensembles and has spent over 20 years performing for various church congregations. Her versatility allows her to offer expert instruction in Classical, Jazz, Gospel, Contemporary Christian, Pop, and R&B.
Katrina is known for her warm personality, which helps create an encouraging environment for her students. She focuses on building a solid technical foundation while tailoring her approach to the individual goals of each student, ensuring that learning remains an inspiring and joyful experience.
