Julia attended the Lipscomb University in Nashville TN from 2012-2014, than transferred to Belmont University to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance with an emphasis in Commercial Voice and Music Business in 2016. She was awarded a Graduate Assistant Scholarship from Austin Peay and is currently working towards a Masters in Music there for vocal performance with an intended graduation date of 2020. She's also studying in the graduate assistant program at AP. In 2011, Julia was ranked 3rd place as 1st soprano in Tennessee All State and vocalist in a movie soundtrack. In 2012, she was ranked 1st place as 1st soprano in Tennessee All State. She competed in the National Association for Teachers and ranked 3rd place, and in 2019 she ranked in the top 5 graduate division in the NATS competition. In the summer of 2019, she attended the Middlebury College in Vermont for "German for Singer's" program. Along with a performer and teacher, Julia is also a recording artist, and released her first EP in 2017. She's been teaching professionally since 2017 and offers Broadway, classical, pop, jazz, country, rock, and gospel/Contemporary Christian styles.
