Education: A degree in music is preferred, or extensive teaching/performing experience.
Experience: A proven track record of helping students achieve their goals.
Safety: Must pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.
Logistics: Reliable transportation (for in-home lessons) or high-speed internet (for online).
