Who We Are Looking For
We are extremely selective about who joins our team. We are looking for educators who are not only talented musicians but also inspiring mentors.
- Education: A degree in music is preferred, or extensive teaching/performing experience.
- Experience: A proven track record of helping students achieve their goals.
- Safety: Must pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.
- Logistics: A private studio (in your home or a professional setting outside your home), reliable transportation for in-home lessons, or high-speed internet for online teaching.
- Enthusiasm: We hire music teachers that love to teach and share their knowlege with others.
Submission
Along with the online application, please submit the following (this will be included on the application):
- A resume if it includes more musical experience than what you can enter on the application.
- A 1-2 minute "meet the insructor" video where you share your musical story (please do not include your last name or private contact information). This is not intended to be about your training and experience, but more about how you got started and your influences.
- A video or audio (video preferred) of your performance on the instrument(s) you teach.
