Stacie is a professional musician and educator based in Arvada, Colorado. She graduated from Thomas Edison State College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts. Her musical foundation began at the early age of six with the piano, which she studied for ten years. At age fifteen, she began studying the harp under a gifted instructor from China, a path that led her to perform professionally for weddings and local events shortly thereafter.
Teaching since 2007, Stacie is known for her outgoing personality and her ability to make complex musical concepts accessible. She offers expert instruction in both Piano and Harp, covering contemporary styles, light classical, traditional repertoire, and playing by ear. She is passionate about helping students of all ages find joy and confidence through their instruments.
Stacie teaches from a comfortable home studio in Arvada (NW of Denver near N Lamar and W 64th Ave). Her space is equipped with a piano and harp, with additional teaching materials and a computer for theory games.
Equipment: Stacie even has a student harp available for rent, making it easier for new harpists to get started at home.
