Sharon's Bio:
Sharon was born and raised in the Netherlands. Her musical studies began at the age of 9. In 2017, she trained with esteemed pianists at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and Fontys Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Tilburg, where she received a Master of Music. She is a prizewinner in prestigious national and international competitions, the IMKA International Music Competition and the Charleston International Music Competition. Sharon has performed at renowned venues across the Netherlands from an early age. Her international career highlights include a landmark performance at Carnegie Hall in New York, a true milestone for any classical musician. She made her television debut in 2004 and has also been featured on radio broadcasts. Sharon has also performed with many acclaimed chamber artists and has performed and toured with countless prestigious orchestras. Her passion for performing is only matched by her passion for teaching and seeing others grow in their musical abilities. She offers a fun and diverse teaching style targeted to each student's needs and pace, with consistency to help motivate each student. Her styles include classical and most contemporary styles.
