Glen received his bachelor's in Arts/Religion in 1992 from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. He took piano lessons from the age of five to twenty-two, studying Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven, as well as church music. At the age of twelve, he learned to play by ear and began playing in church. It was also at that time he began writing his own songs. From 2004 to 2007, Glen was the music pastor in a church outside Philadelphia, leading worship while playing the piano. Since 2020 he has been the pianist for a baptist church, where he continues to perform. Glen has been teaching since 2000 and offers classical, pop, Contemporary Christian, hymnal/church, gospel, rock, and jazz styles.
