Nathaniel started playing guitar before he could remember. He comes from a musical family for multiple instruments, including guitar, cello, and bass. He started formal guitar training from a degreed professional instructor at the age of 9. At age 13, he began teaching his friends and family, and quickly grew into a full roster of students by word of mouth. Then in 2009, he began teaching professionally. He currently performs locally in a 4 piece band for traditional folk,blues, and bluegrass styles.
