Melody Music Studios was founded in 1989 (that's right...1989!), and hire professional music instructors that are trained, versatile in what they offer, and love to teach! References and full background checks are conducted.
We offer all instruments, levels, and styles, and traditional or by ear lessons, tailoring the lessons to the student's interests and goals, taught in a positive and fun way.
We offer a one business day grace period to cancel after the trial lesson. If you're not happy with the lesson, it's FREE!

Evelyn graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN in 1992 with a Vocal Performance degree. She then continued at Indiana University to receive her Masters in Music for voice in 1995. Evelyn also completed a vocal apprenticeship with Dorian Opera Theatre in Decorah, Iowa and a Resident Artist Program with Central Florida Lyric Opera in Orlando. Evelyn has been teaching since 1992 privately as well as at schools and professional studios. Her styles include opera, classical, broadway, pop, rock, R&B, jazz and country.

Studio description: Front parlor of home studio which has high ceilings and hardwood floors for better acoustics. There is a seating area on the opposite side of the parlor. Offer small group lessons

Equipment: Grand piano, music stand, electric piano with harpsichord, organ, strings, and "easy piano" modes as well as grand piano mode, seating area, tape recorder to record lessons, large collection of sheet music in various styles, genres, and voice types
