Cari Lynn has been a vocal / piano instructor since 1983. She was awarded a songwriting scholarship and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in the Nashville, TN area, where she received her degree in Recording Industry Management/ Music business. Before moving to Nashville, Cari Lynn received a music scholarship and attended BYU for four years, studying voice, piano, and songwriting. While living in Nashville, she also enjoyed teaching students voice and piano. She�s been fortunate to have participated in songwriting sessions with many top-rated songwriters. She has been a member of NSAI, Songtown, and Songsalive and is currently a member of BMI, SongU.com, Sync or Swim, and Taxi, and she has enjoyed attending a decade of the Hawaii Songwriting Festival. She has nonexclusive agreements with Hollywood Trax, One Stop Songs, Audiosparx, Radiosparx, Washington Street Music Publishing, and My Three Kids Music. Her songs can be listened to on Songtradr, Soundcloud, and Youtube platforms.

Melody Music Studios was founded in 1989 by Kathi Kerr. We offer fun, tailored lessons for all instruments, levels, and styles, reading or by ear. Our goal is to build a strong musical foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment.
We offer a one business-day grace period to cancel with a guarantee: if you're unhappy with the teaching, the first 30 minutes are free. Card information is required at sign up, but it is not charged until the following business day if you're happy.
Future lessons can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice. Our music teachers go through a rigorous hiring process. We check references and conduct background checks.
