Jaella holds a Bachelor in Music from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ for Vocal Performance received in 2014, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She also studied private saxophone at the college and performs in the university's choral ensembles and local community theatre productions in both ensemble and lead roles, as well as church choirs. Jaella was accepted into the Garden State Philharmonic Chorus in 2013. She has been teaching since 2013 and her styles include classical, musical theatre, R&B, pop, and rock.
